Tamara

Tamara Iglesias, owner and founder of UNCOOKME is a certified health nut with a passion for yoga & fitness, culinary creations, innovative business, family & fun. Tamara was a high school National Cross-Country runner, All-State Track & Field, Division II college runner and has been training and racing triathlons for almost four years.

Tamara left behind a successful career on Wall Street to pursue her true dharma. She not only understands the key to holistic living but also the demands of Wall St and corporate America. She creates lifestyle programs, events, classes, group and one-on-one counselling sessions proven to deliver results and adapt to her clients’ stressful, ever-changing environments.

With a BS in Finance and International Business from Fordham University, Tamara also earned a computer degree from Chubb Institute. In 2006 she graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with her Holistic Health Counselling certification. She has since gone on to receive her Raw and Living Foods Chef certification from RAW SOUL in NYC and this summer had the opportunity to receive her Vegan and Live Food Instructor certification from Gabriel Cousens M.D, the world’s foremost authority on holistic nutrition. She is currently pursuing her masters in Vegan and Live Food Nutrition (the only program of its kind).
